According to Islamic Republic governmental major policy for minimizing and privatization of governments organization and exploiting from global experiment especially in megacities which taking advantage of metro or other forms of rail transportation and in the process of improving and promoting the trend of its activities which founded engineering and design corporation for rail transportation comprehensive systems ,Tehran Metro ( urban & suburban railway co.) with the experiment of its technical bureau decided to initiate and found “ The Tehran Behro Rail Transportation Consulting Engineers “
